Is there a trial period or money back guarantee?
We do not offer a trial period or money back guarantee. All billing is month to month if you are ever unsatisfied with our service you can cancel any time.
Can I pay quarterly or yearly?
During the sign-up process, the option for quarterly and yearly payment is not available yet. All billing is month to month as the node requirements for the supported networks are not set in stone.
Is this a managed service?
Yes, the environment completely managed by our team, although it is your responsibility to make sure your node is up (We do not have access to your Gala,Green or other node dashboard). There will be dashboards and emails that will alert you if your node on our network goes offline. Simply log into your dashboard and click the reset node button. This will deploy a script to reboot the node for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Crypto payments through Crypto.com. Depending on your geographic region, Paypal supports additional payment networks, Including Giropay and bank transfers.
